The Anchor Program provides Mental Health Services for developmentally disabled adults. Program services seek to prevent the onset of psychiatric crisis requiring emergency services or in-patient hospitalization.

 The San Francisco Department of Behavioral Health and the Golden Gate Regional Center are collaborative partners for the services provided through the Anchor Project.
