The Bayview Hunters Point-Potrero Hill Community Response Network addresses the multiple impacts of violence on youth living in Bayview Hunters Point and Potrero Hill. The CRN is organized around three core services: street outreach, care management, and crisis response/healing strategies.

MAGIC is a neighborhood-based process for mobilizing community leaders, social service providers, church communities, schools, juvenile justice agencies and families in Bayview Hunters Point. Our goal is to coordinate and improve youth services, and provide early intervention that reduces juvenile crime, strengthens families and keeps children in school.

The Southeast Partnership for Health Center Of Excellence (COE) is a Ryan White funded program focusing on providing services to residents of the Bay View Hunter’s Point neighborhood of San Francisco. The overarching goal of the COE is to ensure a high quality, accessible, comprehensive culturally competent, and fully integrated HIV services program that extends the quality and length of life for low-income HIV infected and affected Southeast residents.

The Southeast Food Access Working Group (SEFA) is a group of committed residents, community based organizations and city agencies that have joined forces to improve access to healthy food in the Southeast sector of the City, particularly the Bayview Hunters Point. While bringing a full service, high quality market to the neighborhood became a major focus for the group, SEFA remains committed to implementing a range of strategies that will improve the health and wellness of Southeast Sector residents.
