Bayview Substance Abuse Services offers programs to adults aged 18 or older who cannot cease the use of heroin without medical assistance and those who are at-risk for HIV infection. While our program targets the African American community and those who reside in the Southeast sector of San Francisco, our services are available to all cultural and ethnic groups of San Francisco.
It is the goal of the Bayview Hunters Point Foundation Substance Abuse Services to provide comprehensive treatment to our clients and the community at large. We are resourceful in meeting clients’ needs and treating our clients with compassion and respect. We educate clients on substance abuse, prevention and recovery so they can live a more positive and productive lifestyle.
Our services include methadone maintenance and detoxification, individual and group counseling, jail dosing services, and HIV/AIDS emotional support.
